Buying a Bank Owned Property can
be a good way to acquire real estate regardless if you are an investor or want the home to live in. But buying a Bank
Owned is not the same as buying a property from a regular seller. For example, banks are exempt from giving you a TDS
( Transfer Disclosure Statement) in California. We deal with bank properties on a regular basis so we know how to help
